Please read the following carefully to ensure my services are the right fit for your curly hair journey.

✔ No Clipper Cuts – I do not currently offer clipper cuts.

✔ Specific Hair Types – I specialise in natural curls and do not work with texturised, keratin-treated, or relaxed hair. If you're unsure whether your hair qualifies, feel free to email or DM me on Facebook or Instagram for clarification.

✔ First-Time Clients – I highly recommend the Curl Transformation service as the best starting point for your curl care journey.

✔ Curly Hair Focus – My expertise is in curly hair. If you predominantly wear your hair straight and don’t plan to embrace your natural curls, my services may not be the right fit.

✔ Dry Cuts – Available only for returning clients who have had a Curl Devotion cut in the past 6 months.

Who My Services Are For?

Hair Prep Guide

Preparing your hair properly before your appointment ensures the best results. Please follow the guidelines below for your chosen service.

✔Arrive with Your Natural Curl Pattern
Please come with your hair dry and in its natural state.

✔ Avoid Styles That Alter Your Texture
No bobbles, buns, clips, twist-outs, or straightening before your appointment. Your hair should be in its natural curl pattern to ensure the best results.

✔ Detangling Considerations
Hair should be detangled before your appointment. If extensive detangling is required, this may lead to rescheduling or an additional service charge (see price list for details). This may also impact your appointment time.

✔ Headlice Policy
Your hair must be free from headlice. If headlice is detected, the service will be terminated immediately, and the full charge will still apply.

✔ Clean Hair is Essential
Please ensure your hair is washed and clean before your appointment. A small amount of lightweight product is fine, but avoid heavy oils or butters.

✔ Allergy Notice
If you have any allergies, please inform me before your appointment.

Hair Prep – Curl Transformation

✔ Cleanse & Define Your Hair Before Your Appointment
Your hair should be thoroughly cleansed, fully dry, and styled with definition—as discussed during your Curl Transformation appointment.

✔ Avoid Styles That Alter Your Texture
No bobbles, buns, clips, twist-outs, or straightening before your appointment. Your hair should be in its natural curl pattern.

✔ Headlice Policy
Your hair must be free from headlice. If headlice is detected, the service will be terminated immediately, and the full charge will still apply.

✔ Dry Cut Only – No Styling Included
This service only includes a dry curly cut and does not include styling.

Cancellations & No-Shows

❌ Cancellation Policy – Cancellations or changes are free up to 48 hours before your appointment. After this window, the deposit may be forfeited at my discretion.

🚫 No-Show Policy – Failing to cancel or missing your appointment will result in the full balance being due.

💳 Deposit Requirement – A £25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final service cost.

📌 Curl Care Consultation Deposit – Full payment is required at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment.

⏰ After-Hours Appointments – Available on weekdays at 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM, or 6:00 PM.
